Colorado Black Arts Festival Parade

Join us this month for campaign events for the entire family!
Join us this Saturday, July 16th for our Potluck Picnic in Cheesman Park from 1pm-4pm. We will provide games, food, drinks, and adult supervision; so bring your kids, your friends, and their kids! We will have a lot of fun and meet our neighbors in Cheesman Park to tell them about our mission to Save Our City! If you can bring food or drinks, please do. We will also be getting together for the final City Park Jazz of this month as we get down to a local staple in the Denver jazz community, The Jakarta Band. We will be meeting from 6pm-8pm between City Park Lake and 17th Avenue with our banner planted and sporting our awesome campaign gear. Come enjoy the music and help us spread our message of unity, hope, and change! New campaign merchandise is coming soon! Keep an eye out for our new Terrance Roberts For Mayor socks, but for now, you can still get t-shirts and The Holly book from our links below.

Thank you for your support this past Saturday at the Black Arts Festival Parade! I shook hundreds of hands as we handed out over 500 flyers down 22nd Avenue and into City Park spreading our message of how we will Save Our City. It was an incredible experience to be walking through my community being followed by the rhythms of The Mardi Gras Indian Show Band, having childhood friends running up to me yelling, "I'm with you, I'm voting for you!" It was even more incredible to have people of many different backgrounds come up to me in City Park after the parade and tell me that even though we never met in person, they also are on our side to Save Our City!
We can do this, and we will do this. We are building a movement to bring dignity to our neighbors, demand more from our government, and to fundamentally-change politics. Again, thank you for your support, and together we will Save Our City!
